Nathan S. Cummings, D.C., C.C.E.P.
Born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin, Dr. Cummings earned his first degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. While there he did not know exactly what career path to follow. He went to the University Service Center and took a career guidance survey to help him with career clarity and that’s when Chiropractic found him. Now with a clear goal, Dr. Cummings took a leap of faith and moved to the Sunshine State of Florida where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic of Florida in 2007. There he found himself in several leadership positions including Vice President and Secretary of his graduating class. Dr. Cummings also had the opportunity for Chiropractic outreach by participating in a Clinic Abroad program in India. This was a turning point in his career.
It was during this time that Dr. Cummings experienced the miracle of what an adjustment can provide to an individual. In this outreach Dr. Cummings saw amazing instant results for these Indian citizens who were too poor to seek out any kind of medical help. It was a truly humbling experience.
In 2014 Dr. Cummings left a successful practice in Greenville, South Carolina to move closer to family here in Wisconsin. His wife, Anne Marie, is a local East De Pere High School Choral Director, and together they have three daughters, Katherine, Jacqueline and Chloe. Dr. Cummings is a proud Freemason, as well as a talented musician. You can hear Dr. Cummings sing and play drums locally at Ascension Lutheran Church every other Sunday.
Dr. Cummings is also a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner. He literally is certified to treat you from head to toe! Dr. Cummings enjoys seeing patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly. You will not find a more caring and dedicated doctor in De Pere.
